Hello Friends Central Calcutta Polytechnic, Known As CCP Is Deemed As One Of The Best Polytechnic In West Bengal. At The Time Of Foundation In The Year 1963, It Was A Sponsored Institute With Two Other Parallel Institute Which Are Known As Institute Of Hotel Management & Catering Technology & National Institute For Technical Teachers Training & Research Institute (NITTTR). The Govt Of West Bengal Took Over The Institute In The Year 1974. The Polytechnic Offers Diploma Courses In Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication, Computer Science Engineering. It Also Conduct Post Diploma Course In Medical Electronics (PDME). These Courses Are Recognised By AICTE & WBSCTE.
At the time of foundation in 1963, Central Calcutta Polytechnic was a sponsored institute with two other institutes: Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, and National Institute for Technical Teachers Training & Research. The government of West Bengal took over the Institute in 1974. The Polytechnic offers diploma courses in mechanical, electrical, electronics & telecommunication, and computer science engineering. It also conducts post-diploma course in medical electronics. These courses are recognised by AICTE and WBSCTE.One of the biggest and busiest bus stop in Kolkata.
